3 Ingredient Healthy Popsicle Recipe (With Probiotic Kefir)

Refreshing 3-ingredient probiotic kefir popsicle recipe! Boost gut health naturally with this easy, healthy summer treat for the whole family.

- 1 cup thawed fruit (fresh or frozen)
- 4 cups milk kefir (fermented)
- 1/2 cup honey
Add 1 cup of (fresh or frozen) thawed fruit to a large mixing bowl. Our favorite fruits are strawberries or mango. Pour 1 quart (4 cups) fermented milk kefir or yogurt over the fruit.
Drizzle 1/2 cup of honey.
Use an immersion blender and blend until smooth. Taste test. Add more honey if desired.
Pour mixture into silicone popsicle molds, add the cover, and add the popsicle sticks. Freeze for several hours or until the mixture hardens.
Leave in molds or remove popsicles and place into a ziploc bag (for large family life).
