3 Ingredient Healthy Popsicle Recipe (With Probiotic Kefir)

Refreshing 3-ingredient probiotic kefir popsicle recipe! Boost gut health naturally with this easy, healthy summer treat for the whole family.

Equipment

  • popsicle molds
  • immersion blender
  • mixing bowl
  • popsicle sticks

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup thawed fruit (fresh or frozen)
  • 4 cups milk kefir (fermented)
  • 1/2 cup honey

Instructions
 

  • Add 1 cup of (fresh or frozen) thawed fruit to a large mixing bowl. Our favorite fruits are strawberries or mango.
  • Pour 1 quart (4 cups) fermented milk kefir or yogurt over the fruit.
  • Drizzle 1/2 cup of honey.
  • Use an immersion blender and blend until smooth.
  • Taste test. Add more honey if desired.
  • Pour mixture into silicone popsicle molds, add the cover, and add the popsicle sticks.
  • Freeze for several hours or until the mixture hardens.
  • Leave in molds or remove popsicles and place into a ziploc bag (for large family life).
