Cucumber Cream Dill Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cucumbers (chopped)
  • 1 cup sour cream (use fermented cultured cream/kefir cream for GAPS)
  • 1/2 cup onion (chopped - or chives, or scallions)
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1 tspn sea salt (or more to taste)
  • 1 tspn pepper

Instructions
 

  • Dice cucumbers and onion into small pieces.
  • Finely chop dill.
  • Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir until cucumbers and onions are coated with cream, dill, and seasonings.
  • Serve as is, over lettuce greens, or over grilled chicken.
