Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil on stove top in a pan or in a glass bowl in the microwave.
Pour and spread chocolate mixture evenly over the peanut butter layer.
Then...
Sprinkle with course sea salt (optional).
Allow peanut butter and chocolate to cool and harden. Put in the fridge or freezer to speed this process.
When chocolate layer is hardened, cut into squares and serve.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or up to 3 months in the freezer.
