GAPS Diet Milk Kefir Ice Cream Recipe

Indulge guilt-free with creamy milk kefir ice cream—GAPS diet approved, probiotic-rich, and gut-friendly! A healthy dessert everyone loves.

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 quart kefir cream (cultured - it is ok to use your 1 quart + 1/2 cup if you followed the recipe on the post)
  • 3 tspn real vanilla extract
  • 1/2- 1/3 cup raw honey
  • 6 or more pcs egg yolks (from pasture-raised chickens)

Instructions
 

  • Using an immersion blender, whip egg yolks until they emulsify (change form)- about 5-10 minutes.

  • Blend all ingredients with an immersion blender or a counter top blender until smooth.
  • Pour blended mixture into your ice cream maker.
  • Allow ice cream to churn for about 25 minutes or follow the instructions on your ice cream maker.
  • The more egg yolks added, the creamier the ice cream will be.
